This page says what we collect, why we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

When you request a design, we collect your name, email, phone number, and property address. We also collect the photos you choose to upload, the holiday you select, what you would like decorated, the installation period, any notes, how you heard about us if you answer, and, if you answer them, whether you want us to store the lighting and whether you already own lights. If you arrived from a link, we save the campaign name on that link.

We use this to design Christmas or Chanukah lighting for that home, to contact you about the design, and to install, maintain, remove, and, if you ask, store the lighting.

We keep your request information and photos while we are designing, installing, maintaining, removing, or storing the lighting for your home. If we do not end up working together, we delete them within 24 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by emailing gotlightsla@gmail.com, and we will delete the request, the photos, and your contact details.

GotLights uses this information to respond to your request. Service providers that host, store, or transmit our website and communications may process the information only as needed to provide those services. Photos are emailed to the GotLights owner and stored in a private place. They are not published on this website, and we do not sell this information.
